Line of custom die-cast models, created by Miami Customs. These

PRIVACY
POLICY
It
is company policy that all personal information obtained from,
or provided by any of our customers shall be utilized exclusively
for internal order processing. The information provided by our
customers, including but not limited to any personal banking,
credit card, the customer's billing and or shipping addresses
and telephone numbers. Shall not be sold, shared or traded in
any manner with any other third party. ADAMJets,
Inc. may on occasion send these customers informational or soliciting
e-mails.
PAYMENT
AND ORDER PROCESSING
Our
payment terms are industry standard. All orders are prepaid, no
COD's accepted. ADAMJets, Inc. accepts most major
credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
Payments are also accepted by Western Union Bid Pay, Money Orders,
and Cashier's Checks (drawn on a United States financial institution).
We also offer our customers the option of third party on-line
payments through http://www.paypal.com

Complete
customer satisfaction is guaranteed. ADAMJets, Inc.
takes considerable measures to insure the secure and safe delivery
of your valuable collectibles. Each item you order is meticulously
inspected for obvious and visible damage. Then each item is individually
wrapped and marked, prior to being packaged into a box .
However,
since complete perfection may be different in the eyes of each
individual. We can not guarantee that your product will be one
hundred percent perfect. ADAMJets staff can not
inspect, nor can we guarantee each product for the non-obvious
defects or hard to find flaws such as; misalignment of metal parts,
parts that become un-glued in transit or any printing flaws, scuff
marks, defects or discoloration. All
of these are considered non-obvious manufacturing defects and
can not be avoided with mass produced articles.
SHIPPING
Deadlines:
Same
Day Shipping is only available to existing customers, and provided
the order is placed and processed on or before our 12:00 Noon
(Eastern Standard Time) deadeline. Please Note: For Security
reasons "Same Day Shipping" for New Customers
or International Customers is not available at this time.
All
orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 Hours from
the time your payment is comfirmed. However, we reserve the right
to allow up to 7 business days from date of your order is palced
to ship your order. Some speical pre-orders, Custom Orders, out
of stock items, or items on back-order may take up to thirty (30)
days to ship.
In
the event your order is delayed for reasons beyond our control,
our customer service department will contact you via telephone
or e-mail. We will notify you of the delay and advice of the revised
scheduled shipping date. Orders of multiple items will be shipped
accordingly, within our normal and standard of shipping methods
(as long as all items are in stock). If an item is currently out
of stock and unavailable for shipment, we will ship the available
items immediately. Upon receipt of any pending or backorder items.
We will ship your backorder, at no additional cost to you.
International
Customers. Please be advised, when using a Major Credit Card from
an International issuer (Bank) as a form of payment. Your order
will be shipped after seventy two (72) hours (Weekends and Holidays
excluded). And you must complete all required fields and information,
which will then will be manually verified. If any fields or information
is left blank or un-checked. Then your order may either be delay
or the entire transaction voided and cancelled. Any customers
which can not provide all required information may choose to send
us their payment by www.paypal.com
or by a Western Union International Money Order at www.bidpay.com
.
SALES
TAX
We
are required by the Florida Department of Revenue to collect sales
tax on all orders which are initiated and delivered within the
State of Florida. As of January, 2003. The current sales tax in
and for Miami-Dade County, Florida is 7.0%.
RETURNS,
EXCHANGES, CLAIMS AND REFUNDS
ADAMJets,
Inc. considers all of its customers, fellow collectors and friends
of the trade. And we will work diligently to guarantee your complete
satisfaction. ADAMJets, Inc. takes considerable
measures to insure the secure and safe delivery of your valuable
collectibles. Each item you order is meticulously inspected for
obvious and visible damage. However, since perfection may be different
in the eyes of each collector. We can not guarantee your product
100%. Any manufacturing defects such as misalignment of metal
parts or Tampo printing defects can not be avoided. We can not
inspect, nor can we guarantee each product for these types of
defects. Each item is individually wrapped prior to being packaged
in a box. Each order regardless of its size or total value is
properly insured for its full value.
International
orders, which are sometimes opened for inspection by third parties
are handled accordingly: ADAMJets, Inc. will number
each item and match the number of items to the accompanied commercial
invoices required by the carrier. International customers, please
note all orders shipping to International points may not be insured
for their full value, unless the customer has specifically made
prior arrangements in requesting full insurance prior to shipping.
ADAMJets,
Inc. provides the best quality die-cast airliners models available.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order,
simply contact our customer service department, within five business
days of receipt of your order for a return or exchange. Customer
Service can be reached during our normal hours of operation as
indicated herein at (305) 251-6874. Or by email at sales@adamjets.com.
FILING
a CLAIM for DAMAGES with ADAMJets, Inc. All refunds will
be provided in the manner in which payment was received (except
payments made by Western Union Bid Pay, Money Orders or Cashiers
Checks). All payments made by Western Union Bid Pay, Postal Money
Orders or Cashiers Checks will be refunded with a Company Check.
Which shall be made payable and sent to the customer's address
on file.
All purchases are 100% refundable (excluding shipping and handling
costs). Provided all requierements have been met and procedures
procedures as stated herein are followed. All Customers requiring
refunds must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
Customers requiring an exchange may request a FEDEX Call Tag (ADAMJets,
Inc. will provide you with complimentary return shipping).
Customers
that find DAMAGE to any part of their order. The Recipient must
first contact ADAMJets, Inc. And if available ADAMJets,
Inc. will attempt to secure stock for an exchange. The Recipient
should then contact the shipping carrier 's used (FEDEX/USPS/UPS/DHL).
The Recipient must notify the carrier of the damage. Under
no conditions will ADAMJets, Inc. Exchange or Refund any
item regardless of it's costs unless a claim has been filed with
the shipping carrier. The Recipient must place a formal claim
for Damages. Then the claimant needs to follow the instructions
provided by the carrier. Note, that you may need to allow six
to eight weeks for processing said claim.
Please
note, Due to the overwhelming increasing amount of fraudulent
mail order claims, Some of the shipping carriers take into consideration
all of the specific conditions sorrounding each individual claim.
Thus, not all claims for damages are eligible for payment in accordance
with the carrier's established policies. And the carrier may deny
or reject your claim for damages.
In
order to secure that your claim is given proper and reasonable
consideration, when placing your claim for damage, be sure to
be detailed and explicit. Provide the carrier all of the relative
information at the time you place your claim. Please include but
not limit stating the following things; The number of pieces Damaged,
The number of pieces shipped in your order, The condition of your
shipping box at the time of delivery. The specific damage caused
to each piece, The costs of each item damaged and the manner in
which each item was wrapped and pacakged, when you received your
order. All of these factors are important in order to process
your claim. And reach a fair and amicable resolution. You should
never speculate as to HOW! or WHO may or may not be responsible
for said damage.
ADAMJets,
Inc respectfully reserves the right to Deny any Returns, Exchanges
or Refunds for Damages for whatever reasons. Your claim for damages
is rejected or denied by the carrier.
DOMESTIC
SHIPMENTS
Domestic
shipments are considered only, within the Continental United States.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands
(are not considered Domestic shipments and surcharges may apply).
begining August, 2006 all orders/shipments are sent via Insured,
USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Comfirmation. All other USPS
Domestic Services are not available, except for USPS Express Mail.
Customers may choose an alternative shipping method, however,
if an optional carrier not offered is selected, the customer will
be subject to pay a $10.95/USD handling fee, the carrier's published
rates in addition to full insurance coverage against loss or damage,
package tracking online and signature and/or delivery confirmation.
PLEASE
Note: ADAMJets requires
a Delivery Comfirmation on all orders. This policy is strictly
applied on all orders regardless of the total value.
If
you're not going to be available to accept and sign for the delivery
of your package, please consider using an alternative shipping
address, such as your place of business or a neighbor's house.
You can also provide ADAMJets with a written waiver of Signature
which can be faxed to 305-251-6879.
USPS
will not accept a written waiver of Signature. The recipient is
responsible and liable in the event of any loss for damage or
theft. Remember we ship your order within twenty four hours.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPMENTS
ADAMJets, Inc. preferred international carrier
is the United States Postal Service Global Express Mail. Global
EMS Services is not available to all Countries. Due to restrains
imposed by each individual country’s Customs. The timely
delivery of a shipment is not guaranteed for any international
delivery. When using the Global EMS Services. If your package
is not delivered on time, it’s lost or stolen. The Postage
and Handling charges incurred are non-refundable. Also, at this
time, due to the lack of security with this type of service.
Global EMS shipping is quoted with an additional $6.95/USD Handling
fee. Customers may choose an alternative shipping method, however,
if an optional carrier not offered is selected, the customer will
be subject to pay a $10.95/USD handling fee, the carrier's published
rates in addition to full insurance coverage against loss or damage,
package tracking online and signature and/or delivery confirmation.
The customer is responsible to pay any import duties or Taxes.
To
our International Customers. Please be advised, when using a major
credit card from an international issuer (Bank) as a form of payment
for your purchases, your orders will not ship until payment has
been manually verified. This procedures usually is completed within
seventy two business hours (does not include weekends or legal
bank holidays). Should you require a more expedited handling of
your order. You may choose to send us your payment by www.paypal.com.
We also accept Bid Pay Money Orders and International Bank
Wire Transfers.
PLEASE
Note:
For
your Security and to safeguard your purchase. The shipping carriers
used by ADAMJets.com require a Signature Confirmation
upon delivery of your package. We understand that this can sometimes
be a burden. But due to the overwhelming fraudulent use of Credit
Cards with on-line and mail orders. This policy will be strictly
enforced.
We recommend the use of an alternative shipping address such as
your place of business, a neighbor's house/apartment, or other
family member if for any reason, someone can not be present to
accept delivery of the package. Failure to provide us with a signature
upon receipt will endanger the Buyer's rights to any claims for
miss-delivery, miss-handling, lost or damage goods.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES
All
die-cast metal or molded plastic models Sold by ADAMJets.com
are Made in China. ADAMJets.com encourages you to
inquiry with your country's Customs Authorities, prior to completing
your on-line order. Some countries impose severe import Duties
or Taxes on any imports manufactured in China. Note
that any duty, import or custom taxes (that may be applicable
to you) which may be imposed by a foreign government upon its
residents. Shall remain the responsibility of the individual customer
which is governed by their respective country.
"MEMBERSHIP
REWARDS" Program General Terms & Conditions
ADAMJets,
Inc. (hereinafter referred
to as ADAMJets) will service each individual
"Membership Program" account to the best of
its ability, as set forth under the terms and conditions described
herein. The Membership Program's inception date is 1st of May,
2006.
ADAMJets
reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify,
add, delete, discontinue or revise the "Membership Rewards
Program", and any part of or all of the program's terms,
rules, conditions, rewards or offers at any time without notice,
notwithstanding the effect on member's accumulated points or awards.
ADAMJets,
any of its affiliates or Parent Company reserve the right to terminate
the "Membership Program" upon a 90 (ninety-day)
public notice on the ADAMJets website.
Eligibility:
- All
ADAMJets customers are eligible to
participate in the "Membership Rewards"
(provided minimum program requirements are met)
- Program
eligibility is not automatic (except with on-line orders which
reach the minimum $125.00/USD threshold.)
- Requests
for Membership will not be accepted via telephone
- All
Customers wishing to participate (enroll) in the "Membership
Rewards" program, must subscribe their membership,
either automatically through a qualifying on-line order, or
in written form via e-mail, or by USPS First Class mail. All
written request must include the following information:
- Customer's
full name and billing address, daytime telephone number and
e-mail address
- Merchandise
recipient's full name and address (if different from the Customer's
billing info), daytime telephone number and e-mail address
- Their
order/invoice number & date (photocopy of original invoice,
if available)
- And
their form of payment (i.e. by telephone, check, pay-pal,
or on-line credit card)
- All
Membership requests (i.e. enrollment and/or cancellation) must
be submitted either by first class mail, to the address indicated
herein, or via e-mail (return, receipt, request) to:

Requirements:
- A
minimum purchase of $125 USD (or greater) on or after 1st of
January, 2006
- Active
account within a 90 day period, any inactive account for more
than ninety days will be automatically cancelled and the customer
will forfeit all accumulated points
- Only
one (1) account (per customer), which must be active and in
good standing
- Participation
in the "Membership Rewards" Program
is permissible, as long as the customer is not prohibited by
any Local, State or Federal Government Laws
- Point
accumulation entitles a members to redeem for merchandise only
from ADAMJets.com selected and predetermined
inventory
- Awards
cannot be redeemed from any other ADAMJets.com
affiliate company's
- Membership
points have No Cash ($) value and cannot be redeemed for cash,
shipping and handling costs or any taxes
- Award
points may not be traded or sold. Any account in none compliance
will be automatically cancelled and the customer will forfeit
all points accumulated
- Applicable
fees, taxes, import duties, VAT or shipping and handling charges
(whether enacted by a government agency or otherwise) are the
sole responsibility of the program member (customer). And are
all due and payable, (except for import duties or VAT) at the
time an order using Awarded points is processed.
Point
Accumulation:
All
qualifying accounts will accumulate points on a 1:1 ratio ($1.00/USD
= 1 point) with the exception of any additional "Bonus
Points" which may be offered on a specific merchandise.
"Bonus Points" are offered either as a multiple (ex..
1X, 2X 3X points) of the normal amount of points awarded for an
item, or as a one time lump sum of points, (ex.. 50, 100, 200
points) each time the particular item is purchased.
- No
points is accumulated or awarded for applicable taxes, shipping
& handling or any other miscellaneous fees
- "New
Releases" are not eligible for Award ( May not
be redeemed with points), until ninety (90) days after their
release date. "New Releases" will
be indicated as "N/A" or "Redeem Points: No"
- No
points is accumulated for NEW items purchased , when points
are being Redeemed within the same order.

Points will be awarded for all "New Releases"
purchased, including any "Bonus Points" which
may be offered for a specific item.
- Awards
may be redeemed immediately as long as the necessary points
for redemption of an item are available in the Member's account,
the account is in good standing and the merchandise is in stock
and available for award.

All
levels of Membership accumulate points on a 1:1 ratio ($1.00 USD
= 1 point). A Members Level (status) is determined by the
Member's volume of purchases within the specified period for that

Special
Award Offer:
Effective
the 1st of November, 2006. All "Platinum Level"
members are eligible for "FREE" Complimentary
shiping and handling with each of their orders. Compliementary
shipping and handling services shall be available to each member
for a three hundred sixty five days period, provdied each members
maintains their "Membership Rewards" account in a Platinum
Level status. Each member will be individually contacted via e-amil,
with instructions on redemtionand use of this Special Reward.
Plese note FREE Shipping & Handling Services offered under
this "Reward" will be conducted via USPS Priority Mail

Good evening (Yes, in Switzerland we have Friday evening!) Many
thanks for your models I went to collect at his local post office
to-day. In short: -A user friendly website -Good info about
the order placed and repeated updates -Speedy delivery PLUS
-The models on order were available at once (While others took
orders, sent some goodies and then "forgot" the rest forever,
even when they got repeated reminders. So I never knew if I
should look for the models anywhere else and risk of getting
them twice.....) So, what else do I need to be a satisfied customer?

Thanks to you guys/gals at Adam Jets, I received my McChord
AMC C-17 in MINT condition, thanks to your expert bubblewrapping
along with popcorn surrounding the inner box. UPS did everything
in their power to destroy the outer carton before dropping it
off at my doorstep. It arrived totally crushed!!! I have dealt
with some companies that the plane would have been demolished
due to poor packing. So, I just wanted to say thanks. Great
